Lost Items: If an international shipment is lost, we can only refund $44. because that is all the
post office will grant for registered shipments lost abroad, regardless of insured value.

RE: MULTIPLE ITEM JADE ORDERS
$11.00 - per packet (can fit up to 3 qmulets) anywhere, sent registered and insured.
Excess shipping charges on multiple orders will be refunded, email for details.
Cailifornia residents are charged an additional 7.25% sales tax on jade items.
We ship as soon as we receive acknowledgement of your payment.

RETURNS
If you don't like an amulet - we'll be very sad. It must be returned undamaged within 4 days of receipt in its
original packing, by registered mail. Please contact us first by e-mail of the intended return. A 10% restocking fee,
plus a 20% credit card fee will be applied. We do not refund shipping charges.
If we can be of help with an exchange of the same or greater value (for anything we offer at eiher of our
sites), we waive the credit card fee.
FOR YOUR SAFETY - OUR GUARANTEE
Sadly, the present jade marketplace is filled with fraud and deception. Dying techniques have become so
sophisticated they can fool anyone. The only way to know if jade is truly pure is by a GIA (Gemological
Institite of America) test. If, for any reason, you feel the jade you've bought from us is not !00% natural virgin
jadeite please let us know upon receipt. You may submit the piece to your local GIA office for testing.
If the test says it's not what we've promised, return it to us with the original GIA report and our packing
materials by registered mail. Keep a copy of the report for yourself.
We will refund your full purchase price and the testing costs.
Our guarantee is valid for four months from the date of purchase.
